GROUP EXERCISE
The Group Exercise schedule changes regularly. You can find it here. Check back each month to see any changes.
Remember:
Always take the class at your own pace, pay attention to proper body alignment, and listen to your body. The warm up and cool
down are both very important. Be set up to start on time and stay for the whole class. The group exercise fitness staff enjoys each
member. We want you to enjoy our programs. Please feel free to leave comments or suggestions in the comment box beside the
elevator.
• Instructors and Classes are subject to change without notice
• Cell Phones should not be used during classes
• Proper footwear is required
XRKade
Exergaming is participating in technology-driven physical activities which involve the user in action or role play in the form of a
game. It creates a virtual reality experience requiring members to use their body to participate in the gaming activity. This new
segment in the fitness industry is rapidly growing in popularity. Recent studies show that not only does participating in Exergaming
activities provide positive benefits related to physical activity, but our youth seem to love it!
